1:Willow is an arrogant rude member of staff and the management condone her behaviour Wouldn’t drink at a Wetherspoons anymore even if my life depended on it. That includes all pubs Tim Martin, sort your staff out if you want request customers.
2:Good selection of of Real Ales at realistic prices. Food is as good as any pub food if not better at realistic prices. A good cross section of all ages and gender useing pub .
3:Big, spacious, clean disabled restroom, though the able-bodied somehow had access to the facility ! My food order took a good while, half hour plus, but thankfully the coffee option kept me going . That observation aside, a very pleasant experience, my meal was excellent, bar the rashers of bacon 🥓 somehow halved in size .
4:The service was rubbish, when we arrived two staff were talking behind the bar and about for four people in the kitchen area talking we asked the young man if we could order a drink, he said that he wasn’t allowed to serve but would get somebody to serve us. He then walked up to the other end of the pub without speaking to any of the staff. After 10 minutes somebody asked are you being served. I would have minded but it was very quiet and I can now see why. We will not rush back.
5:Easy use of the food app, along with a fast and efficient service! The food is cheap, good quality and tasty!
