1. I didn’t get the technician’s name, but he is an older guy and looks to be the owner….did a wonderful job. Yesterday was my first time using their services and I am very pleased.

3. Lisa, Tony and their staff are so professional, yet also friendly. They consistently do excellent work. Even though they are busy they take the time to make you feel special and welcome. I’ve watched them deal with rude and difficult customers with poise and grace. I can’t recommend them enough!

4. Don’t waste your time. I watched the owner turn away a woman of color and tell a white lady that came in ten minutes later that she would only have to wait 30 minutes. Meanwhile, I waited over an hour and was never even taken care of.

I am new to this state and the girl that did my service was so rude I really should of walked out. How they remove a dip is so very different and she kept shaking her head as I wasn’t grasping what she wanted me to do. She rushed her job and the whole experience was not welcoming at all. I will not be back.

6. love this place! was looking for a new nail salon in columbia and loved this one. the younger technician did my nails (his name is gwen {sp}? not sure on spelling but!) he was awesome and very detail oriented! best set i’ve had in a while! 💖🐮🎀

7. The staff are very attentive. I got a manicure and a pedicure. Both were completed in a professional manner. They offer many types of nail services along with free wine, water or soft drinks. This place is better than the nail salon in Columbian Mall.
8. I would really give this place a 2.5 stars because they were below average. I went for a simple dip powder removal and have a regular polish. As shown in the picture, I left with a poor polish job with polish on skin that I could have done

Worst experience of my life at a nail salon ! i went in yesterday and had my acrylics soaked off and gel polish put on my real nail just to get home and my pink nails turn this ugly brown . So i go back in today to show them what had
10. My Nail Technician Nancy was Awesome. I am definitely pleased with my nails. I will definitely be returning to get my nails done again.
