Second time I confirmed my appointment and they overlooked my appointment again. I also have got the wrong color I have been pretty good about making and confirming appointment s. I am disappointed in jazzy nails 💅 customer service could be better with customers that make appointment s and show up on time

7. I loved my first time experience here. I just moved near the area and I needed a last minute polish. I have been to many places where I felt like just another person paying to get my nails done. Not here. They were normal. And so friendly.

I’ve been coming to Jazzy’s for 5 plus years and I Love this place. Its clean and always has good shows to entertain you while you get your nails done. Jazzy is always welcoming and remembers your name 🙂 Lin is amazing!! She is a pro at gels and always takes her time to do her magic. And she is the sweetest!
9. i normally like this place but the last two times i was disappointed. The lady took forever to finish also the shape of my nails was not right. i took my lil daughter and told them that she wanted to get her nails done also, but they totally ignored her.
