95% of the time it is really clean, theater room seats are always amazing, but the lines to get snacks are always packed and takes forever to get food without missing some of the movie

Landscaping needs some help, water a bit more. Great location. Nice shops. Busy area, so it could use a few more maint people to keep the areas clean.
