4: I’ve been going there for past 6 months and the service has been great but my regular hair dresser wasn’t there this time, and a new one was there and I just felt so brushed off, I paid 70£ for my roots and blow dry and wasn’t even asked how I wanted My hair blow dried. When I enquired about layering my hair, I felt brushed off again.
5: Lauren was brilliant. She listened to what I wanted and also advised me. Fantastic cut and finish. Wished I had found her sooner. I have been three times now and each time my hair has been brilliant.
