1 : We booked for 4 Girls to get their make up done before 12pm. Showed up on time at 9am ended up leaving at 12.20pm with the last girl not having half of her make up done – £45 was paid beforehand too so we just had to take this charge on the chin. Unfortunately this was for a wedding and we ended up being 30 minutes late to the day. Bridesmaid had to do half her make up in the car. I was told that they couldn’t do Eyeliner so I had to do that myself. So they provided me with Eyeliner that was quite Dry and old but did what we could with what we had.
2 : Very Professional Service by Penny. Explained Step by Step in detail Treatment received and Aftercare. Excellent Customer Service .Wonderful experience. Definitely will be returning, can’t wait until my next Pampering Session. Highly Recommended.. Thank you Penny. X
3 : Had eyebrows and blonde highlights. Susannah was extremely skilled and wove a natural highlight pattern into my light brown hair so it looked very natural. She used medium and light highlights. I am very pleased with the result. Equally my eyebrows were tinted and shaped with a lovely result. It is worth the money for the quality.
4 : Excellent service today with very good Covid compliant practices in place. I felt safe and pampered! I had a cut and blow dry with Kelly who is always so brilliant. She also shared her knowledge about colouring which I shall have on my next appointment. All the staff were very pleasant.
5 : Just had a fabulous detox massage with Penny. My treatment gave me time out of a busy day with time to relax. It was slightly different having a detox treatment and I loved it. I would certainly recommend this and will definitely be back for this treatment again. Thank you Penny
