1 : Excellent results on my Brazilian keratin treatment. They know what they are doing! The missing star is for poor customer service. They seem to favour those clients who speak Portuguese as the staff are either Brazilian or Portuguese. Coffee only offered to those clients! Maybe they haven’t consiously realised but it felt a bit discriminatory when being sort of ignored for coffee or chat.
2 : Very bad experience. I’ve paid more than £90 to do a shellac manicure and waxing. One week after, the hair started growing very thick and itching a lot, the person who did the waxing broke my hair instead of wax properly. That’s not acceptable as I’ve been waxing for so long and that never happened before. Is itching too much and there are many black hair, it looks like I’ve shaved instead of waxing. Ive paid for upper lip waxing but she did not take everything off, I had to redo at home by myself. They did not offer a cream/powder after waxing and did not remove the remaining wax, that’s not acceptable as the skin gets very irritated after waxing and a powder/oil is essential, they even show you the mirror to ask if you are satisfied or not with the service. The service doesn’t worth the price! I will never come back again. And that’s not the first bad experience with them, another time I’ve booked a time and the lady made me wait for more than 40 minutes, not acceptable as well. Will not recommend to anyone.
3 : Debora was fantastic. I initially went in for just a balayage but after speaking with her I agreed to the keratin treatment to let my dry and damaged hair mend before hand. She was so right, I was able to keep more length and my hair feels silkier than ever. The balayage colour is beautiful and I’m so happy with the results. All the staff were very polite and getting coffee etc.
4 : I have been coming to Deborah for nearly two years and my hair looks the best it has ever looked. The condition is amazing and that is thanks to Debora and Neto. Neto does my colour and he is amazing! The best colour I have had and is the most professional and does what is best for my hair. I have been to places in the past and my hair has broken but Neto makes sure my hair is in the best condition and it’s never looked better. I would highly recommend. Everyone is lovely in the salon and make me very welcome.
5 : Absolutely lovely people, made me feel right at home and gave me fantastic advice about how to make my hair look best and what would suit me, definitely making this my go-to stylist 🥰🥰
