- This review has weighed heavily on my mind. I came in on Tuesday, to speak to someone about my first tattoo. One which I’d hoped to schedule for myself, as well as my sister for her upcoming visit. While I’ve heard many great things about the artist at this shop, his behavior definitely made my decision to go elsewhere very easy to make. I was speaking to the lady who was at the front when I walked in. She was attending to other customers who were filling out some sort of paperwork , while also attending to me. She was so very kind , informative and she really did make me want to have my tattoo done there. However , the gentleman came gave her a paper of a drawing , which I gathered was for the customer filling the paperwork out. She asked him to please look at my idea I had chosen for my sister and myself, to which he replied, ” It’s going to be awhile.”. The artist told the lady to fix the drawing, and get it ready for him. He then turned and went in his room, leaving her to handle the drawing , the customers paperwork , and left her to speak with me. He never offered her help. He never asked me about about my tattoo idea. He was very rude to not only me , but the lady working there. I kindly said I’d think about it , and return later. I will not be returning. I’m unsure if he is the owner , and if he isn’t, if the owner is aware of how poorly he treats customers and his co-worker. I’m not sure how she endures that daily. If I could leave a five star review for the lady at the front , I absolutely would. She apologized, even though she wasn’t at fault for his behavior. To the upside, the place was very clean , and seemed to be organized as well. Unfortunately , I can’t in good conscious support him because of his behavior that day.
- I got my septum done here and the staff was very nice. My wife got her industrial done here K.o. did both piercings. He did a fantastic job with both. He is skilled and I recommend the very affordable piercings .. I have not received any tattoos here though. I know that he has a great reputation.
- If Kao isn’t your go to man for a great and affordable tattoo or piercing MAKE HIM. Very nice and professional, Bri is awesome too! They definitely deserve more than a 5 star rating. A place you will not regret!!!!!
- Kao is excellent all the way around, did most all of my tattoos. Wonderful and professional! Bri the lady behind the counter makes everyone feel welcome and like family!! Love going there.
- They always do great work and scheduled my next one for the 23rd and very excited to get it !
